The Story Behind LPSS

My name is Lola Chetner and I am the owner and founder of Lola’s Photo Scanning Services. In spring of 2020, when the world was in lockdown, I was stuck at home, doing online school, and had a lot of extra time on my hands, so the idea of LPSS came to life. The past year, I was too busy with school to continue working but I have now relaunched LPSS through this website for my grade 12 Capstone Project. Our world has been moving to the virtual world these past two years and your photos should too! As fun as it is looking through my grandmas old photo albums, they are not easily accessible and could very easily be lost. However, we are in the 21st century, iPhones exist! They are called “mobile” because you can take them everywhere with you. By having your photos scanned, you can do the same (they can be on your phone).

I purchase one of the very best, state of the art, photo scanners available and I want to make the best use of it. So if you would like to have all of your old, printed (pre-digital) photos saved and available to enjoy, on your phone and computer, this is exactly what I can do for you! All that you need to do is gather your printed pictures together (be sure to follow the instructions and information on the get started page) and I will scan them for you and then return your originals and email you all of your new hi-resolution digital files – it’s that easy!

If you are interested in my services please contact me through email or text (refer to contact page). I do promise that you will LOVE having (digital) access to all of your old photos and memories – to carry with you all the time, on your phone! I would also appreciate receiving any referrals that you might be able to pass my way, especially as I relaunch my new business.

Thank you for reading my story and LPSS would be more than happy to help you go through the process of digitizing your prints.
